My Mission
At 4Doves First Aid Training, my mission is to equip people with practical, life-saving skills in a way that’s accessible, engaging, and empowering. I believe first aid is something everyone should feel confident delivering — whether at work, outdoors, or in everyday life. My goal is to help individuals and organisations become more prepared, more aware, and more capable in responding to emergencies.
The Instructor
I’m the sole instructor behind 4Doves First Aid Training, and I bring both professional experience and a personal passion for teaching to every course I deliver. With a background in midwifery and training, I offer a supportive, down-to-earth approach that puts learners at ease. Whether you're new to first aid or refreshing your skills, I create a welcoming space where you can ask questions, practice techniques, and build confidence.
My Classes
I offer a range of certified courses including Mental Health First Aid, Outdoor First Aid, and Workplace First Aid. All training can be delivered at your location or arranged as part of an open session. Each class is designed to be hands-on, informative, and relevant to real-life situations — helping you feel ready to step in and help when it matters most.
