This three-hour, Resuscitation Council-compliant course covers Basic Life Support (CPR) and the safe use of a defibrillator (AED). You’ll also learn how to recognise and respond to anaphylaxis, including emergency treatment and when to call for help.
The course is a practical, confidence-building workshop designed to prepare you for real emergencies. You’ll practise CPR and AED use, alongside managing anaphylaxis scenarios. This course is engaging and straightforward, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
