You'll develop self-care techniques, practise effective listening and empathy, and learn to apply the A.C.T.I.O.N.S.© plan to support others in a proactive and compassionate way. No prior experience is necessary, and the course pairs well with previous training such as Mental Health First Aid (MHFA).
